To ensure all of our products are shipped within our time frame, we are no longer sending proofs of address labels. Please make sure ALL of the information you have provided us is correct. Check your spelling and make sure EVERYTHING is good to print. If you desire to see a proof of your order there is $5 fee that we will happily invoice you. 
Turnaround Times
  • Thank you stickers/address labels: 4-6 Business Days
  • Business Cards: 7-10 Business Days
  • In Stock Items: Such us premade thank you stickers ship within¬†72 hrs.¬†
  • Rush options are available. After you place your order send us an email with your order number and the day you need them by and we will go over rush options with you.
  • Custom Cartoon Logos: 7-15 Business Days¬†

Custom Cartoon logos will be delivered via email. This is a digital product, nothing will be mailed to you. All sales are final on custom products.

Our pre-orders have a start and end date, typically lasting 1 week. Orders will not be processed or shipped until our pre-order event ends. At the end of our pre-order, orders will starting going out within 2-3 weeks after our pre-order ends.

Example: PRE-ORDER is from June 4th - June 11th. You place your order on June 5th. You can expect your package to be delivered July 2nd (3 weeks after our pre-order ended) at the latest depending on how many orders we received.


Refund/Return Policy:

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you understand our need to keep our costs at a minimum and our turnaround times fast. All sales are final.

If you need to make a correction, you do have a 1-hour time frame from placing the order before it gets printed. If you need a correction, please send us an email to with your order number on subject so we can make the necessary changes.

If you have provided us with incorrect information but did not contact us within the 1-hour time frame for corrections, Bella Boutique is not at fault for the misprint. The customer will be responsible for any reprinting costs of the thank you stickers, address labels or business cards
No returns or exchanges. All sales are FINAL. Please read the item description to learn more about the size and material of the item. We may consider a store credit ONLY by special circumstances.  


All claims must be received with 4 business days after your received your item. We highly recommend to open and check your order AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVED THEM. To make sure all information is accurate and to make sure everything is working accordingly. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately by sending us an email to Items that are defective will qualify for reprint. Please be ready to provide us with pictures of the damaged item before we reprint/replace your order. We will open a claim ticket with our printers and notify you of the process.
